This place has that true New York City feel. It is charming. I love the decor. Great air conditioner, too. Sink in the room with shampoo, towels. Nice place to stay on a budget. In a quiet neighborhood in a great location. Read all Hotel 31 reviews

Overview

Hotel31 has 80 private rooms hotel. 8 stories building with 14 rooms on each floor with 4 to 6 rooms with shared bath and 8 room with private bath.

All the rooms with shared bath has wash basin in the room with running water but shared 2 full bathroom in the hallway all the bathrooms are with bathtub and shower toilet and wash basin, all bathroom amenities are provided in the room.

All rooms with private bath have full bathtub and shower, toilet and wash basin in the room.

All rooms have air conditions, Free Cable TV, telephone and daily maid service.
