Liked: I'm a solo backpacker and this hotel is probably the best I've ever stayed throughout my 28-day trip in Turkey. The host took me a ride even though I didn't ask for it, which really surprised me. Clean room and spacious enough for either one or two person. Wifi, heating and hot water are all available. A little bit far away from the central, but come on, how large Selcuk could be? It's just a very small city and you are able to go anywhere by walking and central is just about 5-10 minutes away from this hotel. The hostess is also very friendly who tried her best to explain everything I need to know to me. The whole family invited me a dinner on the day I'm gonna leave to Istanbul. Really appreciate their kindness :)
Disliked: Freezing in the bathroom; I'm almost frozen when i was taking a shower while the hot water is not that "hot".

Liked: Was looking for a cheap option to break a streak of dorm rooms. This place was ok. A bit run down but it served its purpose.

Liked: Convenient location, value for the money. Friendly family-run business, though not much English spoken. As with most of the other hotels in town, picked me up at the bus station & drove me to the sites free of charge (although the owner was not always around when I needed a ride).
Disliked: Not a big issue: Owner dropped me off at the historical site 3 km outside of town & introduced me to his brother-in-law who worked at one of the shops at the site, who loaned me a guide book from the shop to use and give back when done. Very friendly & funny, & provided free juices and teas ... plus, he did not try to sell me the book when I finished visiting the site; however, he got pushy when I just inquired about other items (but did not try to bargain for them), and I wound up having to take a taxi back, rather than getting the hotel service.

Liked: Though it was a little bit far away from center, it was quiet. And I like the wife's big smile(Sorry I don't know her name.) I made reservation for a private room with one bed, but I got 3 beds in my room, and they were all mine!! Nice place with air-conditioning, though I missed the breakfast time so don't know how it would be like. But I like this place.
Disliked: Sometimes english seems not working out there.
