Liked: Convenient location, you can walk everywhere and very helpfull and friendly staff.
Disliked: The shower was somewhat of a single water jet, and the courtyard was a bit noisy tell 10 in the night.

Liked: It is a very good hotel, the room is big, cozy, and very quiet. Apparently you are the only guest (which we found good!). We stayed for New Year and they offered us some cake and two little bottles of Cava. The staff is really friendly.
Disliked: We had a car and it was a bit difficult to park cause the streets in Santa Cruz are often one-way and you have to turn around...try smaller streets like Calle de los Molinos.

Liked: the Location, that was perfect for the Carnival parties (however finding a free parking available has not been so easy....)
