Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us good advice on where to eat out and places to visit. the room was great value, we had a private double room with an en-suite bathroom for a similiar price to most dorm rooms in a hostel. the hotel had a good level of cleanliness.
Disliked: The website didn´t mention that the area was slightly rough although we had no real problems going to and from the hotel, we were provided with two single beds pushed together rather than a double however overall we had a pleasant stay and the negatives were negligible.

Liked: they were helpful in changing my room when I realised I was in a smoking room. one of the reception staff was really helpful - and he spoke English if needed. The room is basic, but has all you need.
Disliked: ultra pink neon lights in communal areas, and concrete flooring....and didn't feel the safest area. Two tourists had their car window punched in the night I was there.

Liked: The property was centrally located for the old town and the tram line into the city. The room was a good size with a good view over the old city and the hills beyond. The room was a good size and it was basic but comfy and cosy.
Disliked: The hotel is located by the river but just into a dirty part of town with a red light area and clubs just up the road.
