Liked: It is family run and the family is friendly. They seem to have a sincere desire to make one's stay pleasant. Also, it feels less transient than most hotels because there are guests who go there annually for weeks at a tme. In fact, those guests seemed to be part of the family. They were very welcoming as well. Also, the view is magnificent of the hills and the local castle.
Disliked: I liked the fact that only one person there spoke SOME English. I preferred to try to communicate in Italian. However, many visitors may not like that. In fact, hardly any English is spoken by locals anywhere in the town..
