If you use the Metro, go to the Airport Metro station and take the blue line, towards Egaleo. At the Syntagma Metro Station change for the red line towards Agios Antonios. By bus you can take the E95 (Express bus) to Syntagma and then the Metro, red line, to Omonoia.
