Near immediate of the 'Marais', the historic district. You have only the ' rue du Temple ' to reach ' Notre Dame ' as well as the edges of the Seine and all this around 15-20 minutes by foot in front of the cultural center ' Beaubourg ' (Georges Pompidou Center)!

The 'Eiffel Tower' as well as 'Champs Elysees' are at a quarter of an hour of the station 'Republic' or ' Oberkampf ' (line of metro direct n°9)
