Liked: the reception has a warm feel and the hotel is safe and secure
Disliked: the lack of space in the room, lack of communication shown from reception when asked about the payment increase. we were asked to pay an extra 45 euro upon arrival which was not listed on the site.

Liked: close to metro, near mini mart and restaurant
Disliked: Poor breakfast and not value for money. Staffs in restaurant are not friendly. Staff who clean the room forget to lock the room. Staff are poor quality to guide.

Liked: It was very close to the metro, and a short trip into the heart of Paris. It satisfied our needs, was clean and comfortable enough.
Disliked: It was very noisy at night, because the rooms were above the street and a bar. It also didn't smell very nice.
