Liked: The place where it is.
Disliked: Almost everything, starting by the staff. The first moment I was there I was obliged to pay; no problem I thought. I had not cash enough and he charged 3% extra for paying with a debit card. When I was leaving I ask the staff to go to the toilet and he answered me that they do not have public toilets although rooms with shared bedrooms are offered in this hostel. About the room, noisy and not very clean. In short, I do not remember more unfriendly staff in a hostel. (I have been backpacker for long time...). TO BE AVOID!

Liked: Clean and quiet place to rest after a busy day sightseeing and shopping. Very near to Gloucester Road and Earl's Court tube stations and a big Sainsbury's. Host was kind and helpful and wi-fi was available and working well.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small; could have more power points for charging up gadgets. But other than that nothing much I disliked

Liked: location, privacy, you get front door keys and you can go out and in whenever you want and you do not have to disturb anybody
Disliked: windows in room very old and lock was damaged and heating was not working so was cold in room in night, internet did not work, receptionist told me that it is like that only for few days and its not their fault, but anyway I didnt have internet for all the time I spent there, single private room was so small that I had problems to get my baggage inside!!
