Liked: Location is excellent and good value for money. Plus the shower was nice and hot. Also free breakfast

Disliked: Not realy a fault of the hostel but it is on a very busy road that is never quiet so I found it difficult to sleep because of the noise

Liked: Very friendly staff! They speak good English and are happy to converse about a variety of things. The location at a backpackers' area is also excellent as you can find things of value there like information and travel sites. The room they gave me also had the most amazing ceiling Fresco I have ever seen in a backpackers hostel.

Liked: I can say this is one of the decent and a good hostel in center location. If you are staying as single, go for this hostel. Highly recommended. Breakfast also was really nice and simple. Rooms were very clean. Staffs were so friendly and nice to us. They arrange for Halong bay tour and also city tour which was very convenient for tourist. But private day tour was bit expensive. Even the city tour we felt it was overrated. Receptionist of this hotel, Ms Pearl is really a helpful staff, I were really comfortable for the time in Hanoi . On the whole, if you are searching for a good hostel in a good location for budget price. You will never regret for choosing this!!

Liked: Stayed 1 night in the hostel during our recent trip to Vietnam. Located in the Old Quarter and so is easy walk to the lake and french quarter. Staff service was excellent. They made an effort to remember our names and were always very attentive. Very comfortable, clean dorm bed , air con and a great central spot. You find yourself right in the thick of Hanoi. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, Thank the staff very much.

Liked: central location, great breakfast buffet for that price

Disliked: we were only 2 in our dorm room, so it was great, but if the room is full (6) it will be too narrow.

Liked: Good location. Cheap price. Value for money.

Disliked: No common room. But a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes close to it.

Liked: the team was very friendly. helped with booking the tours to Sapa and Halong bay and what is value for money... the transport picked me up from the hotel or the staff would take me to the station for bus and train.. in the middle of the old Hanoi so easier to get around. Ms Pearl knows the knowledge and happy to book. Mr Chicin and Mr Tiing very helpful... a great laugh

Disliked: nothing... breakfast was very nice..

Liked: I stayed at this hostel for 4 nights. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. the location is terrific, it's 3 seconds walk from pubs, bars and tourist attractions.

Disliked: maybe the bed sheets could have been cleaner, but it's not a real "dislike" maybe just a hint to improve

Liked: It's close enough to pedestrian area and I like Hoan Kiem district. Room is clean. The staff, Ngoc is nice and informative. I booked Halong bay trip from her and felt satisfy.

Disliked: Bathroom a little flood with a bit broken wastafel on 1st and 2nd day
