Liked: GOOD HOTEL Location : Within shopping area, paid US16 for hotel pick up. 10min walk to a recommended restaurant Newday! Room : very comfortable, the city view is mostly...roof! No bathtub. With sofa! 26 rooms, 5th floor building! Is very center! The only problem is the room cleaning hour,which is between 1 to 6pm. Staff : ALL staff are Very friendly and helpful, during check in, drink was served, map(with recommened nearby cafe, restaurant,etc) was given. Breakfast : Dining room is a bit small, 5 table! There change the menu everyday! Great breakfast!

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and happy to assist with any enquiry and spoke very good English. They were very committed to excellent customer service The hotel was happy to store our luggage whilst i went to Halong Bay and were friendly giving directions to certain sites. I would probably return to this hotel if I returned to Hanoi for few night

Liked: Great find for budget travelers. Breakfast was simple but ok. Hotel staff the Ming female was helpful, she booked a city trip for me that was great for value

Liked: Great stay at Elizabeth Hostel . great location with all famous attraction nearby. breakfast only bread.milk.tea. but worth for taste

Liked: Staffs were inviting and welcoming, they could have a discount of 10% trip to Halong bay. The breakfast was simple .
