Liked: I had a great stay here. It was a friendly atmosphere in a great location , walking distance to all kinds of fun places in SoBe.
Disliked: They did overbook the female only dorm room I was supposed to stay up and ended up putting me in a co-ed dorm. It was not a problem for me, but just be aware that overbooking may be an issue.

Liked: The party atmosphere... Location.. the place to be...
Disliked: the directions to get there sucked balls.. Catch the J150 straight from Miami Airport all the way to 9th & Washington only $2 bucks only 15 mins simple. dont hire a car or get the shuttle you're wasting your money..

Liked: My party booked a double ensuite for 4 people and expected a single room with two double beds. We were actually gifted with a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and designated parking space. We were overjoyed based on our experience of other hostels.
Disliked: My only criticism was the location. The location of the hostel is fantastic - one block from the beach but our actual apartment was about 5 blocks away from the hostel so next time we stay, which we will, we'll request a closer apartment.

Liked: If you're a young traveler, the second you walk in the place you feel like you're in a club, although the music wasn't a problem for the room we were in either. It's a lot of fun.
Disliked: If you didn't want to go on oe of the pre arranged (usually two) club visits, this also meant you couldn't enjoy the drinks on offer beforehand in the lobby alone. I would have paid a less of an amount for this to enjoy cocktails/beer without necessarily going out to the chosen club after, but this wasn't an option.

Liked: Great social place to meet people, drink and party. Excellent location right in the heart of the art deco district and only 2 blocks from the beach. Big focus on keeping the property clean. Cleaners around all day and evening, cleaning rooms and common areas.
Disliked: At times the party atmosphere was almost a bit much, with constant loud music in reception. Can be quite hard to sleep if you want some down time.

Liked: It's located in the middle of the center of the world. Considering the world is full of parties, beaches and fun. Everything is within a walking distance, restaurants, clubs, sights,... Expecially perfect for party people. VIP entrances to famous party locations like Nikki Beach Club or Mansion after the pregaming in the lobby. The rooms are clean! The personnel is very friendly (and mostly partying with us). They do not even mind when you drink your own alcohl in the lobby (because they do not care about making money with it!). And when we go out to exclusive locations where one drink costs a fortune, they throw a free pregaming!!! And even though everything is very close to the hostel, we mostly drive to the clubs in Party busses (stripper pools included)! It is very safe! The personell takes care that only hostel people get inside the building. I don't know how, but they literally know every person (no matter how short his/her stay is). And if you are not into so much party, this is also a very good place to start some tours in the area of south florida. But be carefull, not every tour offered is worth the money. Sometimes it is better to rent a car with 4 persons and pay the entrances with a student discount. This actually saves you quite a lot of money and time (depending on which car you rent^^). e.g. Key West, the bus ride took us in total 8h. 2h of them was just picking up/bringing back other visitors from Miami Downtown (wasted time!). And the price was almost 80$. Therefore you can almost rent a normal car for an entire day! Plus you can stop wherever you want (like in Key Largo and take a swim with the dolphins!). Many different nationalities gathered in one place. Great way to get to know others.
Disliked: WiFi area was to small. An extension into the rooms would be better. The "South Beach" extra charges for using the creditcard (5%).
