Liked: Hostel muito bem localizado, quartos confortáveis, equipe atenciosa, o acesso com cartões e as câmeras inspira segurança. Bom suporte para visitantes, com guias, coupons de desconto, atividades em grupo no segundo piso. Ótimo hostel.

Disliked: O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor organizado (às vezes ocorrem filas desnecessárias se houvesse alguém orientando). Por ser muito grande não tem o clima de um hostel normal, parecendo mais um hotel.

Liked: This is a great hostel because it is in a nice location with easy access to the Blue Line train (cta) that goes directly to O'Hare airport. Also the hostel is very secure with keycards required at several points of access. The hostel is very modern and the bedrooms are particularly big, spacious and clean.

Disliked: No free luggage storage. You have to buy or bring a padlock with you.

Liked: Overall the hostel is fantastic. Close to everything in Chicago. Rooms felt spacious even in my 10 bed shared. Common area on 2nd floor was great, nice space to just chill out. Kitchens were nice, maybe it could get crowded but was fine the whole time I was there. Staff were lovely. Can't recommend this hostel enough :)

Liked: Very central location. Pivate bathroom in the shared room.

Disliked: Pillow cover was not clean. Light from the bathroom area shines into the room at night.

Liked: Customer service and great central location in the middle of downtown area. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Disliked: Cleaners appears to have lack of respect to the customers and the other staff.

Liked: The people were the best. You'll meet people from all age groups and cultural background. You also have to clean your own bowls/dishes for breakfast, which reinforces respect and responsibility from everyone.

Disliked: The elevators don't make sense - having to swipe every time to change floors.

Liked: I was so impressed that I'm actually writing this review before I've even checked out! The location was far more convenient that I knew ahead of time, the friendliness of the staff, the accommodations, everything was just wonderful. I lucked out with some fantastic roommates as well, and any reservations I had about bunking in a room of 7 other women were put to rest almost immediately. I'm so grateful that I found you!

Disliked: I dont have a single complaint about my stay, however if I had gotten stuck with a top bunk, I would have been less than thrilled with that. Fortunately that was not the case.
