Liked: I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is perfect, just 5 min walk to the main street, Olympic stadium, plenty of restaurants and places to go out near by. Thank you very much to the staff, you are so nice and helpful! I were never bored:) Facilities are new and have very nice design. I think I've never stayed in such an interesting hostel. It's a good place for such a fair price.

Disliked: I stayed too short time there)

Liked: It is located in a great spot and nicely decorated. It had a nice vibe.

Disliked: The apt building felt a little unsafe and i didn;t the like the elevator that you have to take up to the hostel. It wasn't cleaned very regularly or well while I was there.

Liked: cosy spot, easy to find n really convenient location. stayed at ZigZag for 1 nite. cute 2stored hostel with nice design. (showers n toilets available at both stores). kitchen at the 1st floor n rest room at the 2nd. friendly stuff ready to help round the clock. really reccommend!

Disliked: fortunately, everythin was ok:)

Liked: Central location. Helpfull staff. Clean and proper place. 24 hour service.

Disliked: A bit to expensive. Some restrictions about where you were aloud to drink beer.

Liked: The hostel is in a good position. The inside of the hostel is new and modern. It is on the 6 floor in what is an ordinary department block. The stairwell and lift are as they were in the 1950's and need cleaning and updating but these are the common property of the block and so there is not much the hostel can do. Everything seems to work well. There is no sign on the front of the hostel and when I asked why I was told that the other people of the block don't understand the idea of "hostels" and think it is something more sinister (such as a place of ill repute) and keep taking the sign down. They have some small stencils on footpath pointing the way to the hostel but these could not be seen in the dark. I would not have found it if it was not known to the taxi driver.

Disliked: The problen with hostels here in general is that they are not really understood by the public. Also some of the hostels doubled their prices during the football finals played here. This hostel could do more to help people. For example, I only got a map of the city on my first night because someone had forgotten theirs. Yet the information offices are full of maps. It would seem a simple matter to have a supply of them. It is often these little things that make the difference.

Liked: The hostel is all new, clean, fresh and colorful. The location is great with walking distance to a lot of great spots and the tube is just around a corner. The staff is really nice, friendly and very helpful. It felt really safe with a locker for small important stuff in the bedroom and there was a security man at the hostel around the clock. It just was a nice little hostel!

Disliked: The common areas are not that big but still there is room for hanging out with fellow travellers. We were staying there for the EURO and the rooms were really overcharged but that will change.

Liked: Nice interior. More suiteable for youth. Good location. Very near the town centre. We were there for europe championship so it was perfect located.

Disliked: Hard to find because only sign of where it is was written on the street with a spraycan. Also they tried to charge us more then we agreed on through hostelbookers.

Liked: Clean toilets and showers, good mattresses.

Disliked: Tiny, minuscule toilets and showers, general air of chaos. One manager to find everything and answer everyone's questions.
