Liked: This hotel was beautiful! The rooms were great . Very clean and the ac was amazing. The rooms have t.v s with lots of english channels. The pool was great . Breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. Over all this was a great hotel and I would come stay here again.

Disliked: The hotel was a bit of a walk away from the city and night life. Although it was only a 100b tuk tuk away. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!

Liked: The hotel building and pool are fantastic. The hotel is in a good location but set back down an alley so it is away from any road noise. The room was very nice and the price is great considering you get a really nice pool. Just around the corner there are some fantastic night food stalls and the whole city is within walking distance or a short cheap tuk tuk ride.

Disliked: The restaurant was always very understaffed. The food wasn't bad but the service was just too slow. One time we waited 45 minutes for our food before just giving up and we left for another restaurant. The staff themselves weren't the best but it was a management issue really as they needed more help.

Liked: It was an actual hotel. Pool was nice. Having a TV and fridge was good, even though not completely necessary. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Disliked: It was a little far from the old city and there was nothing close to it, meaning places to eat, or 24hr stores, nothing! I didn't like the fact that they didn't honor the breakfast included that hostelbookers promoted.

Liked: It's really near Chang Phuak Gate (the north gate of the old city). Away from the street, I enjoy tranquility of the surroundings.

Liked: Set off the street, the Chang Puak Hotel was an idyllic escape from the bustle of the city yet conveniently close enough to make the old city easily accessible. Approx a 10 min meander. The staff are wonderful. hardworking and made our stay an absolute pleasure. Worth the price and more, the facilities were excellent. great pool and restaurant and big rooms with cold air-con.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. For the price, what was on offer was wonderful. The rooms were perhaps a little dated but that is definitely not a problem which would impact ones stay

Liked: Staff are so friendly and helpful,pool is a little cold but amazing during the day.really great price for what you get.great cafe and nice rooms.

Disliked: Beds are mighty hard and air con extremely cold.
