The atmosphere of staying on a ship was quite fun. It was a quiet place, easy to get to sleep and the beds were quite comfortable. The location wasn't too far to walk to Gamla Stan and it was clean and tidy. Read all Rygerfjord Hotel and Hostel reviews

Overview

With a five minute walk guests can reach Gamla Stan, Mariatorget and Slussen Underground Stations as well as Slussen bus terminal and the ferry to Djurgården, where you can find the Nordiska Museum, Skansen, the Vasa Museum and Junibacken.

The boat is in easy reach of Old Town, where people generally head for the castle, the old square and the Nobel Museum or spend time wandering through the narrow, cobbled streets and enjoying the atmosphere.

In the other direction lies Södermalm, a popular island which hosts numerous cafes, second hand shops, galleries, parks and live music venues. This is the ideal place to soak up the Stockholm vibe and participate in Sweden’s favourite activity: drinking coffee.
