Liked: gretat location, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast

Liked: helpfull staff, freee lockers (but less than the number of guests) the kitchen, you can leave your luggage after check-out for 2euro and you can use whole hostel except the bedroom until 11.00pm for 5 euro. i meet many people from my country as well, it seems pretty popular. the building has a elevator. Close to the Parque de Retiro and to the puerta del sol.

Disliked: the toilets don't provide sufficient privacy, it's located on a street with many bar and in some rooms that look to the street people can find it difficult to sleep. Two showers but there is no place to put your clothes. laundry service is a bit expensive 8 euro for washing machine and 8 euro for dryer.

Liked: when we enter the 1st floor we were affraid, but when we enter the hostel it was different: the staff's friendlyness, clean and over all: its value for money

Disliked: the 1st floor is dark and seems not clean

Liked: Quiet, clean hostel. Breakfast is good.

Disliked: Lockers could be in better condition. Didn't like that the lockers worked with a key given by reception.
