The location was really good (though in Piran that isn't hard as everything is close), and we had the private double at the top of the building which had its own terrace, which was brilliant - it had a great view of the church and the tower. Youth hostel Piran is located in the middle of Piran city center, just a minute away from the bus station, beaches, Tartini square, aquarium, museum, restaurants and night life. Fun, quiet and amazing location for young families, couples, travelers and all who want to enjoy the old city of Piran.
