Franco is very helpful and ever cheerful. Very good location, within walking distance of Rialto Bridge. Directions make it very easy to find. Room was very big and lovely. Great to have access to the internet in the main room. Bathroom was modern and great water pressure. Franco gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat (good prices and fantastic food). We were flying out late at night, so Franco gave us a key to the place and somewhere to store our bags so we didn't have to carry them around Venice every day. Read all Viva Venezia reviews

Overview

Viva Venezia Guest House is within easy walking distance of all the main sites in Venice: the Piazza San Marco, the Doge's Palace with the Bridge of Sighs, the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Rialto Bridge, the church of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, the Scuola Grande San Rocco, the Peggy Guggenheim Museum, and the three main Venetian palaces with museums, the Ca' Rezzonico, the Ca' d'Oro, and the Ca’ Pesaro. Viva Venezia is located in the cultural and historic center of Venice. The guest house is conveniently located and is less than a five-minute walk from the main train station, Ferrovia Santa Lucia. Viva Venezia It is also close to a local vaporetto stop if you want to take a scenic trip by boat up the Grand Canal. Nearby is also one of the most beautiful piazzas in Italy, the square that surrounds the Church of San Giacomo dell'Orio. Also less than two minutes away are a large grocery store and some of the best places to eat and drink in Venice.
