Liked: For 25 euros you can't ask for much more. Breakfast was basic but fine. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. The hostel is a long walk from the centre if you're visiting the town but it's a good option if you need a cheap night while passing through.

Liked: ...the hostel could use air conditioning or any kind of ventilation, as it was killing hot and u were forced to stay with the windows open hoping for a little air from outside (hot as well) while eaten alive by mosquitos!!!

Liked: It was a large, newly built and fresh hostel. The rooms were clean and there was breakfast. It gave a very positive impression.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay in Piacenza and if our GPS didnt have a hissy fit and try and take us the wrong way, it would have been easy to find. The staff were fantastic! we traveled in the cold and rain for 300km and got back to have the manager unlock the dinning room and give us a coffee and hot chocolate. We speak only English and NO Italian but we didnt find this an issue staying here.
