The staff was really friendly. We arrived 2 or 3 hours before the expected time of check-in and they were really friendly and got our room ready in 15 minutes. The TV is good because it has USB and SD connection so you can see your pictures at the end of the day. The location is good, its very far from the metro but it has nearby buses and trams. The best option, I think, is getting the tram 23 because it stops at the Duomo. The neighbourhood is good. A equipa era muito atenciosa. Chegámos ao hotel 2 a 3 horas antes da hora prevista do check-in mas conseguiram ter o nosso quarto pronto em 15 minutos. A TV tinha ligação USB e SD, o que é bom para rever as fotos ao fim do dia. A localização era boa, fica longe do metro, no entanto, tem eléctricos e autocarros. A melhor opção é apanhar o eléctrico 23 que pára ao lado do Duomo. A vizinhança era boa.
