Overview

The 'Franz House' is located in the Historical Center of Florence, on right hand side of the river Arno.
All rooms have air conditioning except for the private single and double shared bathroom.
The reception is not on 24/24 hrs, please respect our arrival time, where is not possible contact me by phone our e-mail
We will be more than happy to point out the historical locations by providing a map will give you all the advice you need about good places to eat, drink and clubbing, rent a car or a bike.
