The apartment is located in San Martino alla Palma.In this nice and small village there is a Romanesque Church, (300m), a grocery-bar (50 m), Post office (300 m), Restaurant-Pizzeria (100 m), optimal Butcher shop (100m).

The centre of Scandicci with swimming pools, banks, supermarkets, tennisfields, restaurants etc. is located at 3 km distance. (From Scandicci there are comfortable direct connections to the centre of Florence and possibility of free parking more or less everywhere).
