Liked: Brilliant location. Easy to get to anywhere you need to go. The staff are really friendly and helpful esp when I needed to find out how to get to places etc

Liked: There were always a number of activities on offer, and the crowd in general was rather nice. The rooms were clean, even if shared spaces were not always so.

Liked: It has a great kitchen area, very easy to cook and lots of dishes available (with dishwasher and detergents in case others can't be bothered cleaning their stuff). Very friendly and helpful staff, good location and free overseas calls. Mixed dorms are clean and beds comfortable. Lockers available under beds. They had some daily specials (pancakes on weekends?) but I wasn't there when they were available.

Disliked: Lockers under the beds are mesh and people could (theoretically) pull through/get access to smaller bags/items left there. The floor of the bathroom/shower room in the big mixed dorm on the 2nd floor was a bit unpleasant. Hair and dirt/mud on the floor for the duration (2 nights) of my stay.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Warm welcome. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Security. Breakfast. Large / clean kitchen. Broadband.

Disliked: Narrow, winding staircase.
