It was very clean. It was peaceful and quiet and really near a Geothermal beach. The food on offer was delicious especially the salmon. The staff were always ready to give advice\ and were very helpful and hospitable. The beds were very comfortable. \There was a very clean and spacious kitchen which people could make their own food. Overview

The Capital-Inn provides you with a central location in Reykjavík and is ideal for smaller groups and independent travelers, 4 minute walk from the Perlan with its fabulous observation platform over central Reykjavik.

At Perlan you will find a well known revolving fine dining restaurant and cafeteria. From the Inn it is a quick 5 minute drive to the city center and few minute walk to Reykjavik’s main shopping mall Kringlan.

The Inn is a leisurely walk from Reykjavik´s beach with geothermal heated seawater. Situated in Fossvogur next to walking paths in one of Reykjavik´s out-door paradise that extends from the shore line for miles inland. Just down the street is a small convenient store with light snacks and a KFC fast food diner.
