Liked: In the room description there was written a shared bathroom. But this bathroom was placen between every two rooms, so it was like private bathroom. The street was quite calm, without noise, so it was possible to rest well.
Disliked: Long time waiting in the queue at the "reception" . This hostel or college was quite big so there were many travellers and everytime we needed help or ask the staff something we had to wait too long in the queue.

Liked: Good location, friendly and helpful staff (at least most of them). The staff was helpful with direction and further information.
Disliked: Surprises that we need to rent towels and fans. Yes - we did expect to borrow towels if the information provided doesnt say otherwise. Other hostels have always offered that minimum service. Those that didnt it was informed earlier and we got the option to bring our own or rent it for a small fee. Also most of the staff didnt dare to make and compromise as the management would charge the "whole" staff for the compromises they do for the customers.

Liked: Fairly easily located with the directions given, although from the station they fail to mention which direction you're meant to get the tram in, which can be confusing. Rooms are spacious with a good sized table. I has a fridge, which is just as well given how humid it was mid-August. There are good restaurants located nearby, reasonably priced.
Disliked: Many, many things. The bathroom locking system is daft. It's a luck-of-the-draw situation in terms of who you're paired with. We were less fortunate than (I suspect) most, so had overly inquisitive neighbours trying to come through the bathroom into our room. There was only one roll of toilet paper. It's loud. It's stuffy. And the window doesn't really stay open if you try to fan cooler air in. The rooms don't feel secure, nor were we particularly inclined to give our valuables in at reception. The front desk were unfriendly.

Liked: The room was very spacious and the facilities at the hostel were good.
Disliked: The staff were not too helpful. The bathroom was very dirty and could not be locked from the inside which meant that other people could walk in.
