Liked: Great location close to all the hot night spots in ios! Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Disliked: It's a bit of a trek to the beach, but it is the choice you have to make in ios, nightlife or beach. And it would have been nice to have a shared kitchen. Otherwise amazing!

Liked: Very friendly staff, organised laundry to be done in space of a few hours! Very clean place. Perfect location because the bars at night are all in town.

Liked: It is in a fantastic location right near all the bars and clubs. It is also really easy to get to the beach from Francesco's. The bar area is great and drinks are reasonably priced, there are free welcome shots every night and it is really easy to meet lots of other travellers here. The staff are lovely and helpful as well.

Disliked: The showers aren't fantastic but it really isn't that big a deal. The property is also quite spread out so it was a bit of a hike for us to get to our room and we were far from the common areas but again it really didn't matter that much at all.

Liked: Nice and friendly staff, clean, and the location was awesome. Great value for everything they offer. They also have a nice pool and the a free shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off at the port.

Liked: EVERYTHING! Location was very close to the port, town and beach, and the view was amazing. The bar was cheap and had great cocktails, and the pool was very relaxing after a big night, which was every night! The young host, Ben, was incredible! He took us out every night to the main bars, and was such a nice, fun guy. There is free wifi in the bar area and air con and a tv in the rooms. Definately stay here if you are in Ios for a good time!!

Disliked: No fridge in the room, but it was a small price to pay for the amazing hospitality!!
