Liked: Francesco was one of the best places we stayed in holidays. The owner is an amazing person.

Disliked: The only thing I dindn't like was beeing in the farest building (Panorama) from the structure of the hostel. I would rather have stayed in the rooms closest. But it was wonderful anyway.

Liked: Great and fun place to meet people. As a young couple we thought it would be too crazy for us but our time in Ios was great and it was mostly due to Francescos. Welcome shots every night is a great way to meet everyone and if you're sick of the noise you can head back to your room for peace. We had a private ensuite with a/c - it wasn't the nicest place but it was clean so we can't complain too much. I heard mixed reviews about the dorms though. I really recommend this place for solo travellers and young couples who like to meet people and party. Great location and great staff..

Disliked: The only issue we had was the shower had no shower curtain or door which means every time we showered we would flood the place!

Liked: Rooms were quite clean and nice. The terrace bar was nice but closed early. Close to town and bars.

Disliked: Was quite a distance to the beach. Had 50 Euro stolen from the room.

Liked: Very friendly, easy to meet people atmosphere. Big party all through the stay... it's definitely not a place to go for peace and quiet :)

Liked: Wow, where do I start? Francesco's has to be the best hostel I have ever stayed in!!! We turned up there thinking we had booked an eight bed dorm and ended up in a private room with our own bathroom!!! After travelling for a few months this was icing on the cake. The staff are truly amazing and very helpful and most importantly FUN... After free welcoming shots, you head out to the bar for two cocktails and two shots for 5 Euros. The hostel itself is in town, close to all the bars and everything you need. The beach is a short 5min bus ride away or a 20min to walk away. I had the best time at Francesco’s; I hope I get to go back someday!!! Big thanks to Alicia, Ben and Jordan.
