Liked: I always stay here because every time I've stayed I've met great people and had a great time doing the group activities. Staff are fantastic, facilities excellent, breakfast is included and you're about a 3 minute walk from the hbf.

Disliked: Just be warned - they're not joking about the street being a bit seedy. But they don't bother you.

Liked: Beds were comfortable with warm duvets, and wifi worked in the room. Good water pressure in the showers. Big windows onto the street from the common room were nice for people watching when it was too cold to be outside. Being in the red light district wasn't much of an issue for me, and besides that it's central. Beer was pretty cheap in the bar.

Disliked: Common area could have been more social/unified, but it depends a bit on the people. Rolling lockers under the beds were noisy and awkward to use. There were some older business men who snored loudly staying in the dorm.

Liked: services provided and helpful staff. Also surprisingly free services, out of which in other places U are expected to pay.

Disliked: surrounding district is not the best. During evenings it does not feel 100% secure to be outside of the property.

Liked: Wifi was very fast in the room, Shower room was clean and had place to put dry cloths.

Disliked: Bed made too much noise and shaked alot.

Liked: Very clean. Staff helpful. Good nights sleep.

Disliked: Luggage storage area didnt seem too secure. Breakfast wasnt good enough. Usual supply of poor quality luncheon meat style meats typically offered in Germany. Few options offered. Would pay more for better offering
