Liked: The staff helped us beyond what they needed to, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast if you pay looks delicious (we are too cheap), Is close to loop metro line around Berlin.
Disliked: The location is not really walkable everyday, though we did. The metro station it is close to is a slow one to get to. But that is all

Liked: The breakfast was very generous. The bathroom was very clean
Disliked: They would rent bicycles for 10 Euros a day and didn't offer a promotion.

Liked: Clean, Tables, Chairs, Netbook available for guest for 2 hrs (against identity card as deposit), modern kitchen
Disliked: Lockers too small for my Rucksack, toilet and shower in one room, 10 EUR deposit for locker key, had to put on the sheets of my bed myself, in part because I took a discounted offer (little snarky side remark of the woman at the reception 'for that price...')

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities including hair dryers, nice lounge and breakfast is fantastic.
Disliked: the location, it is bit far from most tourist attractions and there are no bars or restaurants close by-- feels like in the middle of no where.
