Liked: I liked it is near the city centre and easy access by metro. Thinks I ddnt like: there was only 1 key per room and we had to share it with people that we dont know, I wasnt satisfied with breakfast- that piece of pastry and coffee- I wouldnt consider that as breakfast.

Liked: Location near to train station - that's the only good thing about this hostel. Worse problem was the large numbers of people expected to share the one bathroom and toilet on our floor - people had to queue on the narrow landings.

Liked: The internet available there was incredibly overpriced. I could go two blocks and find an Internet Cafe for half the price Blue Planet was asking for. That and breakfast was a bit mundane, with croissants and instant coffee, but that's what you pay for.

Liked: I can only recommend this hostel when somebody travels from other parts of France and arrives at the Gare de Lyon in Paris - because it is a short walk to the property. At Gare de Lyon you can catch the metros and the different buses. Just for information: Bus 65 serves Gare de Lyon-Gare de l`Est and Gare du Nord directly if someone wants to continue his travel and has to change the Parisian train stations. last thing to mention: Next to the property is a Chinese restaurant with acceptable prices.
