Liked: The location was good, reasonable walk from the train station and easy to reach the beach and the main center of Nice. The ensuite shower was good.

Disliked: Where to begin. Firstly visitors should know that this isn't really a hostel. There is no kitchen at all and no communal seating area. This is not ideal anyway when you're sharing a room and people may want to go to sleep at different times etc, but it becomes even more of a problem when they use the extra floor space in your room to put up an extra bed! I was furious when we got back from a long day out to realise all our stuff had been moved and a bed set up in our already full and quite cramped 6 person dorm. I had to squeeze past this bed to get to mine and ended up sleeping about a foot way from a guy I had never met before (who incidently was wearing very little). No apology, no explanation - nothing. They're lucky we had to leave early in the morning (a difficult feat with no space to move) or I would have been complaining A LOT. The staff were not unhelpful but they certainly didn't impress. I will not be staying here again and I strongly recommend you don't either.

Liked: The 5 bed mixed dorm was pretty clean considering 5 people where sharing. it is very close to the train station and close the main high street strip.

Disliked: When we arrived the man was a little rude, they didnt accept card payments and they wanted a 30 euro deposit for the key on top. They didnt offer any information about the hostel, and we later realised it didnt have any amenties such as no kitchen, it had one plug in the room for 5 people too share which i thought was ridiculous. You have to extra for bed sheets, however since we never had that option presented to us we slept on the top sheet. When we came to leave they offer to mind bags for 1 euro each, when i attempted to pay for 2 people with a 5 euro note the man refused to accept it as he didnt have any change, when i asked if we could pay when we came back to the get the bags he refused to help and ushered us out the hostel I found this extremely rude and unhelpful as he then expected to walk round with 15kg bags for the remainder of the day.

Liked: Clean, Location

Disliked: No kitchen, no community room, so maybe the room is cheap but you have to eat somewhere else so you better sleep somewhere else where they have a kitchen. You will pay more for the room then, but less for the food so you will end up much cheaper!

Liked: The staff was kind. It is cheapest place to stay . Staff is really nice and helpful there. Location is in the center of the city.

Disliked: The neighbourhood is not that good. Owner is little arrogant.
