LOCATION
We offer budget accommodation located in North West London zone 2 (Willesden Green/Kilburn being local underground stations.)
You can reach central London in 20 minutes using the underground.
The accommodation is located on quiet, residential streets, but has many pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, banks, and much more all within a short walk.
Everything you need for a short break in London!
Local bus routes include :
98, 32, 266, 16, 226, 260, 460, 52, 6, 316 and more.
These will give you direct access to areas such as Kensington High Road, Edgeware Road, Marble Arch, Camden, Oxford Circus, Brent Cross Shopping Centre, White City, Shepards Bush and more!

CHECKING IN/PAYMENT

We offer a FREE PICK UP SERVICE from the Willesden Green station.
Monday - Saturday : 11am - 5:30pm
Sunday : 11am - 3:30pm
If you are delayed, or plan to arrive outside of these hours, please advise, and we will email details on how to do a 'self check in'

We have a minimum spend of £250 to make payment by credit/debit card.
Any payments made by card incur a 5% surcharge.
Payments by cash/bankers draft are accepted.

If you would prefer to meet at the property, please contact our office to arrange.

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival (local time). After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non-refundable.
