Liked: the atmosphere was really great, the staff and other guests were great fun, the bar was always lively, there's heaps of bars in the area and the beds were super comfy
Disliked: the common room was always way too hot and stuffy

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff. Still nobody was getting on your nerves. I mean, I wanted to do my own stuff, and I could. But then again you also have opportunities to do things with all the others and attend the events the Hostelcrew offers to you!. Perfect balance!

Liked: Great value for money. The hostel was clean and had a great common room downstairs to chill out in. The bar is also fantastic, and decently cheap. The staff were very helpful and lively, Charley was very helpful in answering all of my questions about the hostel and made my time at the bar fun. Overall I would definitely recommended this hostel.

Liked: Good location, close to the tube station. Nice bar dwonstairs. Friendly and helpfull staff. Good value for money.
Disliked: Shower was small and there was only cold water

Liked: Nice food
Disliked: We were moved from one room to the other without any notice. We came back from sightseeing to find that our stuff is missing from our room. It was moved temporarily to the basement. Gave us a heart attack. We were calmed down by a free drink, however we did not feel that comfortable anymore.

Liked: The hotel was right across the road from the tube station and the giant Westfield store, so easy access to everything. The rooms and bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: The wifi only really worked from the reception area and common room.
