Disliked: cleaness and the musique on the bar, one of the staff there plays only musique of his country all night, he forgets that he was in England and the only person understood his musique was him only.

Liked: It was cheaper than anywhere else

Disliked: The lockers didn't work, the lighting our dorm didn't work, the power sockets were mostly broken.

Liked: Reasonable price Close to Underground station Clean showers Atmospheric bar area - a pleasant place to eat breakfast Mainly pleasant staff Philosophical quotes on walls Leaflets/information provided

Disliked: Partial inefficiency of staff - I waited in the reception area for 15-20 minutes to check in, due to an apparent computer fault (they did not tell me the fault had been resolved). Incorrect door security code was provided, but security was lax when I tried to use it (anybody could just walk in unchallenged when somebody else was holding the door open) . One of the receptionists was rather grumpy. Poor provision and layout of breakfast food and utensils - no knives, mugs or bowls were available, though an employee cheerfully replaced these when asked. Limited selection of breakfast food. People shouting in corridors at 3 am, without being challenged (as far as I am aware). Narrow corridors/staircases.

Disliked: filthy communal area, ever day something was stolen so no peace of mind relating to security of posessions
