Liked: Suppose the location was ok it was in walking distance of west lake.

Disliked: There was no one here to make a atmosphere. The food at the hostel was not at the best quality. There were so many cats & dogs around at the hostel so it was a pain to sit on the internet or eat breakfast.

Liked: A very cosy, family-driven hostel with friendly and helpful staff :) The double-rooms are very nice and comfy!

Disliked: The only small minus is the location. It was very difficult to find, however it is within walking distance from the city.

Liked: Lovely people always friendly and helpful. In a beautiful location, the best hostel we have ever stayed in and will definately be back. Jay-c is hilarious and made us very welcome. We miss it already. Very clean and the food is great 10/10 :)

Liked: Good and fresh area, helpful staff, cozy rooms, cute doggies.

Disliked: Quite far away from everything, no towels, no soap. In superior room we had transparent bathroom dividing panel (sic!). Breakfast is a joke (c). Bike rental is very cheap, but bikes are in quite poor condition. All in all, not that good value for money, rather overpriced.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hostel has a great commual area and a big TV with a selection of DVDs on offer. I would recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Disliked: The only downside was the loctaion although the bus is not too far away and the staff will help you order a taxi if you need one (as finding one on the street can prove quite difficult).

Liked: Wonderful atmosphere,friendly staff,lovely puppy,and goog&cheap bike .

Disliked: towel in charge if you want one,JC who speaks good English not at desk everyday.

Liked: Really nice hostel and helpful staff,clean room and comfortable bad.It's so peaceful in night cause the distance from the main road.And easy to west lake,tea field,nine brooks and so on by their cheap bike.

Disliked: book lunch or supper an hour before ,but there are some local restaurants arround.
