Liked: Everything! I have stayed at Princesa Insolente now twice and it has been wonderful. I think Andrea and Juanes have done such a great job that there is a good reason why they are rated the number one hostel on all the hostel websites. I think they have done a wonderful and it has been a pleasure.

Liked: The best hostel we've stayed at in Chile, and much better (and cheaper) than other hostels we've stayed at in Santiago! The staff are really friendly and all speak excellent English. The breakfast is amazing, you get fresh eggs to cook to your liking and they will go out of their way to replenish everything. If the breakfast wasn't so good, you might struggle to leave your ridiculously comfy bed! A top hostel that we can't recommend enough!
Disliked: Our padlocks were too small to fit the lockers and you had to buy ones from them.

Liked: Some staff (Andrea, Diego) are very nice and helpful. Decor is nice, beds are big and comfortable, have lamps, and blinds to cover half the bed. Kitchen is the best I have seen at a hostel. Breakfast is ok. Good showers. Big lockers. Lounge area is nice and there's also a cool outside patio.
Disliked: See-through showers are a bit odd, but you can hang a towel and it's ok. Sometimes there's no soap in the bathrooms. Computers are often being used, time limit needed. Staff sometimes play the music too loud. I'm clutching at straws, it was pretty good overall.
