Liked: Good vibe about the hostel, good place to meet people, clean, lovely interior
Disliked: Laundry is a bit of a hassle, and it is extremely cold at night in the hostel. Could do with some heaters

Liked: This was probably the best hostel I've stayed at in my six months in South America. The fact that everything is still new made it even better. The showers and beds were particularly nice. A few of us were watching a movie, and the owner even brought out popcorn for us to eat while watching.
Disliked: The dining area in the kitchen could have been slightly bigger, and the luggage storage would be better if it was in an enclosed space and locked. These really aren't big things though.

Liked: Well I dont really know where to start, I was originally only meant to be staying at The Princessa for two nights, but due to mother nature, and the Volcano, I ended up here for a week, and I still have another week left. This place is like a home away from home, in fact it may almost feel more homely than my home. Firstly the staff are amazing, I could name names but I would be here for a while, but each and everyone of them made the stay what it has been and continues to be. Juane, Andrea and Alejandro are fantastic, everyone here has almost become relatives, and nothing is too much trouble! So thats the staff, the hostel itself is incredible, its only been open 7 months so everything is brand new, and a great deal of thought has gone in to the design of this place. From the amazing bucket head showers, to the awesome patio area, chilled out lounge area, I literally do not have a bad word to say. I could go on and on, but yeah, The Princessa Insolente is a special place, which I would recommend to everyone and anyone, I´m meant to be flying in just over a week but if not I know where I will be staying.
Disliked: I think you would have a great deal of difficulty finding anything bad to say about this place....

Liked: I had bee several times in Santiago de CHile just hanging out, I have made good friends, also visit good hostels in downtown, barrio Brasil and Bellavsita...but this is farelly the one that kept all my thougts. I personally enjoyed the living and lounge area, the huge kitchen. I'm at Auckland now heading to Ragland, so I just reccommended and good bye.
Disliked: Leaving so many expereicnes that I will missed a lot. Thanks Diego, Nicolas, Ricardo, Pablo and all the cute boys satff...
