Liked: Big beds, whole hostel very modern and clean.

Liked: The staff are very friendly and help support the great comforting atmosphere full of colors and art! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling through santiago as the vibes are really great and the staff have many recommendations to get you started exploring santiago!! Yea Hostel Princesa Insolente!

Liked: It feels instantly homely and they have the most comfy beds ever! I had the best nights sleep with a lovely duvet. The kitchen is well equipped, the internet is fast, the courtyard is sunny and the lounge is comfy with big TV screen. I love the decor with the artwork and bright colours.

Disliked: That I didn´t get to spend more time here.

Liked: Everything, very nice decoration, atmosphere, vibes and nice people.

Disliked: About the property nothing, about noisy and unrespectfull people that leave the mess everywhere they pass.

Liked: The hostel looks brand new and the staff is the nicest ever! Clen place, great showers and the location is pretty good! One of the best hostels I ever stayed at!!!

Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: Best hostel in santiago, we had a amazing time, we made bbq every day!! Really clean.

Liked: The prettiest hostal ever! although the weather wasn't the best it was really comfy and warm. The beds were actually better than my own and the showers were also great. Really cute staff members also!, hope to be back soon!

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff, good atmosphere and common room to meet other travellers. Egg with breakfast was very good. Not a party place but you can buy your own drinks and drink there with others. Head lights on every bed, hot shower 24 hours. Definitely go and stay ....

Disliked: The toilet of the men was outside so it can be bad in winter. And there was no hot water in bathroom taps (hot shower 24 hours), no soap..... Lastly our room was cold and needs heater....
