The only "positive" thing about the property is that it's location is not bad. It's a reasonable distance to the city center and all the shops. So it doesn't take long to get to whatever you need. Uphill 10 minutes to the zoo and hiking trails ,or free guided mountain hiking, biking, down hill biking trail for good bikers,
Few minutes to transfer for about 7 different ski areas and across the country.
