Liked: Good location, mostly the staff were helpful and pleasant especially the head receptionist, the other lady on duty when I booked in was having a bad hair day, verging on rude to myself and other customers

Disliked: The rooms were not air conditioned and in 41 degrees they heated up like saunas, the heat in my room was unbearable and it was impossible to be comfortable. The sinks in the bathrooms were dirty and left stained the whole time I was there, nobody even put a rag around them. The shower area smelt and cockroaches were in the showers.

Liked: Great location, good sized room with nice city views. Staff are as nice as can be and it's relatively quiet.

Disliked: Half of the tennants look like they're on crack.

Liked: Handy to city, Friendly staff, Variety of people to talk to. Liked the 24 hrs office opening.

Disliked: Having to walk down stairs or up stairs to use toilet, not being able to cook but considering fire hazards is understandable.

Liked: That I survived

Disliked: 1: All the junkeys hanging around 2: Just elder people that have an issue with drugs everywhere 3: Location is close to the hospital, something that means every injuried junkies find YMCA to spend the night. 4: The smell inside was awful. Smelled like somthing died in my floor.

Liked: The location only. It would have been comfortable enough if it wasn't for the bedbugs (see next comment)

Disliked: THE BEDBUGS! At 1am i discovered that my room was heavily infested with bedbugs. They were throughout the sheets, bedbase, pillow and i could even see them walking across the walls and floor. So i was faced with the dilemma it's 1am, my room is infested with bedbugs (at all stages of development) what do i do? Needless to say i didn't sleep that night! I collected several of these bedbugs and put them into a empty drink bottle as evidence to present to the management the next morning. To the credit of the management, they were concerned and very apologetic and provided me with a full refund. I cut my stay short and i sought alternative accommodation elsewhere

Liked: the people that worked there were very nice.

Disliked: the oldness and shabbiness of the room, the cost for that room. the tv had to be fixed before I could use it and then I couldn't here it and only the dvd player made it usable at all. the bathrooms were clean but not a nice place to wash.
