Liked: It was clean, quiet ad fairly close to Northbridge and town but not too close.I know it depends on the clientele but there were no problems with raucous behaviour but it was still very sociable. Great garden and friendly staff too. Rooms were large,n uncrowded and beds comfortable.

Disliked: The internet costs were prohibitively expensive - cheaper to buy a SIM card in town and use that. Quite a bit of abandoned stuff left in my room from previous occupants but not a real problem due to size of room

Liked: Very cosy hostel, out of the way of city so in a quiet area. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Disliked: Food storage area was open to everyone so our food got stolen but this wasn't too much of a problem, we put things in our lockers instead (in the rooms)! Manager was not as friendly as other members of staff.

Liked: extremly CLEAN!!! friendly people inside excellent location

Disliked: unfortunatly there were many workers there: so we couldn't organize parties or celebrate the nights toghether. the staff working at night were not as kind and helpful as the staff working in the morning

Liked: The house is nice, the crowd it attracts are nice too.

Disliked: The staff is helpful but curt. The outside common area closes at 10pm. The air con didn't work one night and no fan to replace it (or compensation) was offered. The internet is not free (seems to be common in Australia but still not an excuse for the ripoff wifi prices). If your laundry stays overnight on the clothesline it could go to charity, says a sign. There was a huge cockroach in the room. If you extend your stay and have to change rooms, you are subject to normal checkin/checkout schedule, which means you will spend between 10am and 2pm with no room. I expected much better for that price.
