Liked: The style of the building is lovely, very San Telmo. Very nice lady on the desk, but she didn´t offer to help or anything, just let us in and out the building. Good central location and internet that is slow, but works.

Disliked: It´s an old dormitory for students, some people were there long term, so they had their little community and didn´t try and speak to us, just did study on their computers. We had a private twin, which didn´t have a fan working and it was 39 degrees in the day and 29 degrees at night, meaning we had to have the window open. Very noisy street and bitten to pieces by mosquitos. The room was dirty, lots of shelves and space, but all covered in dirt and dust, walls splattered with squashed mosquitos. Sheets felt dirty and thin. Bathroom was not cleaned at all during out stay, toilet paper never replaced, waste bins never emptied. Kitchen ok, but all cutlery and plates felt grimy. There is not air con and the main living area has a plastic roof, meaning it warmed up like an oven. Overall, I could not wait to leave. The advert and photos are misleading. We spoke to no one, couldn´t sleep because of the heat, noise and insects, and felt dirty and lonely. NOT GOOD.

Liked: Good place to meet people, but definitely needs a good basic cleaning.For example, there are a lot of shelves in the room, but the thick layer of dust on them renders them unusable.Acceptable, for a short time, if there is nothing else to be found.

Liked: The property is located in the hearth of San Telmo, near market place and center and lots of local- argentinian people stayed there. Definitely its not a place to meet other travellers.

Liked: The owner is very helpfull and welcomes you with a beer!A pity they dont have rooms with bath otherwise it would be absolutely perfect value for money.
